📍Request visibility on carbon value and life cycle information for better informed orders on relevant items.
📍Include environmental criteria for services and products in the sustainable procurement guideline to be developed in line with the global procurement policy.
📍Identify lower carbon or lower waste generating alternatives for most important items (quantity, weight, emission factors), including replacement of plastic made items.

Social procurement criteria should also be ensured together with environmental criteria throughout the procurement selection process (ie. respect for labor conditions) as will be included in the ¨MSF Code of Conduct on labor, ethical, financial, and environmental standards¨
Expand collaborations with suppliers/companies at global, regional and local level to co-define more sustainable solutions that meet our needs (proposal in the CEH Action Plan 2020-2023).
