📌 This phase consists of an open consultation with all OCB staff. Everyone is encouraged to contribute to the proposals and discuss others' ideas until 31 August.  

📌 You can comment on the proposals:

  • Report the impact it could have on the projects, on the operations, positively or negatively.
  • Comment on the co-benefits it could bring, on staff, on image, on local pollution, etc.
  • Identify the investments needed for its implementation, both HR and financial.
  • Comment on the relevance and feasibility, constraints, obstacles to overcome, prerequisites.


📌 This stage will end with thematic workshops, discussing the impact and feasibility of the solutions, based on your comments on the platform.
