Waste batteries recycling

Batteries consumption increases every year. Most missions don't have identified sub-contractors for recycling or disposal. They therefore accumulate.
Lead-acid batteries are the most common and Lithium is gaining importance with solar energy development.
Health risks need to be considered on top of know effects on the environment.
Possible sub-contractors needs to be identified and carefully assessed.
