PHASE 1 : STATE OF AFFAIRS
This is the phase with the preparatory work and the foundation for the environmental roadmap.

PHASE 2: PROPOSALS
This phase is marked by an open consultation for proposals from all OCP staff to reduce OCP's environmental footprint. Staff members have the possibility to support proposals that they like.
Key components:
- Online platform open for proposals DECIDIM
- Workshop 1: Structuration of proposals and evaluation criteria

PHASE 3: FEASIBILITY
This phase is marked by bilateral discussions and inputs with important stakeholders to define the feasibility criteria.

- Bilateral exchanges with key stakeholders
- Feasibility criteria/matrix
- Workshop 2
Output: detailed technical solution factsheets

PHASE 4: TARGET-SETTING
This phase will define the exact targets, following the feasibility criteria from phase 3. This includes an analysis of the planned actions and the resource implications for those.
Key components:
- Bilateral exchanges with stakeholders
- Setting the reduction targets (and reduction %) for emissions sources and proposed solutions
- Analysis financial impact
- Workshop 3
Outputs:
- Draft Carbon footprint calculation
- Draft financial and HR/training dashboard
- Draft trajectory

PHASE 5: TRAJECTORY DESIGN
This is the last step. Over the course of several versions, we will finalise a roadmap to reduce MSF OCP's environmental footprint.
Key components:
- COMDIR : Debate on critical stakes linked to the trajectory objectives
- Several roadmap versions for comments and adjustments
- Final roadmap version and COMDIR / Group Committee approval
Output: Final Footprint report
