Chez MSF on est toujours tiraillé entre la complexité à mettre en place des process (petit niveau de formation, turnover, etc.) et de l'autre une attirance vers des technologies poussées et/ou des organisation très (trop ?) sophistiquées. Je proposerais qu'on adopte une vraie approche Low Tech structurée (https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Low-tech) soit mise en place.
Précision : ce n'est pas 'technophobe' mais 'technocritique'.
