Let expats move around without MSF car
A way to reduce the use of MSF cars (which are often 4X4 or big Hyace minivans, even for ONE passenger) would be to let expats move around their way in big/safe cities:
- let them use public transports (bus, etc.)
- let them use taxis/tuktuks, which are much smaller
- let them use bicycles or electric scooters, etc.
In a lot of places, we still have this "only MSF cars" policy while almost all other expats (NGOs, UN, etc. even tourists!) can move around freely. It's sometimes a bit absurd.
