Rationalize training-related flights

Avatar: Alex Alex

Covid seems to have put an end to the massive "flights feast" that international trainings used to be. That's a good thing. With high speed internet, good computers and good headphones, there's no point flying to Bordeaux or Brussels. And it allows to spread sessions over several weeks instead of blocking people for a full 10 days.

In favor

fully agree. online training could also allow more space/seats for people (versus limited seats) and solve issues of visa (many national staff cannot attend training because of visa restrictions).
